Full-time Investment Analyst.
Job Duties
-
Build financial models to evaluate the investment portfolio;
-
Analyze the data of single-family residential market to help the acquisition team to learn the local market;

Make the investment forecast and scenario analysis;
-
Track performance of the investment portfolio and generate the financial report to investors;
-
Conduct in-depth market research of real estate and monitor real estate markets, asset classes and trends to assist formulate investment strategies;
-
Prepare presentations for external investors to raise equity and debt financing;
-
Collaborate and liaise with brokers, sellers, and lenders to bring in acquisition opportunities.
Job Requirements
-
Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Math, Statistics, Applied Statistics, or a related field. Must have One year’s experience as an Investment Analyst, Financial Analyst, Portfolio Analyst, or other related position. Must have Skills in Advanced Excel or other spreadsheeting technology; Experience with the real estate industry, building financial models, valuations, and pitchbooks.

Apply basic and advanced engineering principles through the collection and analysis of data obtained from the field or from Project information.

Structural calculations, design analysis and preparation of construction documents for a wide variety of building structures and construction materials.

Perform construction related services including response to requests for information, and structural site inspections.

Collaborate with architects and contractors on design and construction of building projects.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Masters preferred), with a focus in Structural Engineering

1 or more years structural engineering experience.

PE or SE license preferred
-
Must have experience designing structural systems and producing design documents for buildings in AutoCAD.
